BillLogic

Tip: On iOS/macOS, you can restore purchases via Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
Subscriptions & Billing
BillLogic offers paid subscriptions (no one-time purchases). A free trial may be available (1-week or 1-month depending on the current offer). After the trial, the plan auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
- Manage / Cancel: Use your Apple ID: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions (iOS/iPadOS) or App Store → Account → View Information → Subscriptions (macOS).
- Billing: Apple handles all charges via your Apple ID.
- Refunds: Requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore Purchases: Use Restore Purchases in the app when switching devices.
- EULA: Licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Troubleshooting
- Subscriptions not loading: Ensure you're signed in to the App Store and have internet connectivity.
- Purchase blocked: Family or Screen Time restrictions may apply.
- Sync issues: Make sure iCloud is enabled and you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices.

In-App Purchases
TowerSolo may offer optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items, additional levels, or convenience features. All purchases are one-time or subscription-based depending on the item.

Troubleshooting
- Game not loading: Ensure you have sufficient storage space and try restarting the app.
- Progress not saving: Make sure you're signed into Game Center and have iCloud enabled if using cloud saves.
- Performance issues: Close background apps and ensure your device meets minimum requirements.
- Purchase not unlocking: Try restoring purchases from the settings menu, or ensure you're signed into the correct Apple ID.

Gameplay Tips
- Tower Placement: Position towers near path curves and intersections for maximum coverage.
- Upgrades: Focus on upgrading fewer towers rather than spreading resources thin.
- Enemy Types: Pay attention to enemy weaknesses — some towers are more effective against certain enemy types.
- Resource Management: Save resources for tough waves rather than spending everything early.

Sean Ballast ("we," "us," or "our") provides BillLogic and TowerSolo (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Apps and our website located at support.macdconsulting.com.

- Data is used to provide core functionality, support, and improve quality.
- Most app data is stored on your devices and in your personal iCloud (if enabled).
Information We Collect
1) Information You Provide
- Support Contact: When you email support, we receive your email address and any content you include.
- In-App Content (BillLogic): Data you enter in the App (e.g., clients, projects, entries, invoices) is stored on device and, if you enable iCloud/CloudKit, synced to your Apple-controlled iCloud account.
- Game Data (TowerSolo): Game progress, settings, and achievements are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud saves or Game Center, data may sync via your Apple-controlled accounts.
2) Automatically Collected
- Diagnostics & Crash Data: If you opt in to share analytics with developers via Apple settings, we may receive anonymized crash logs and diagnostics from Apple.
- Purchase Metadata: Apple provides us with non-personal purchase outcomes needed to unlock features (e.g., active subscription status, in-app purchase validation). We do not receive your full payment details.
- Game Center (TowerSolo): If you use Game Center, Apple may share your Game Center nickname and scores for leaderboard functionality.
How We Use Information
- To operate and provide App features (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases, iCloud sync, leaderboards).
- To deliver support and respond to inquiries.
- To maintain security, debug, and improve performance.
- To comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.
Data Storage & Security
- On-device: Your content and game data is stored locally on your device.
- iCloud/CloudKit (optional): If enabled, Apple stores your data in your iCloud account; Apple provides encryption in transit and at rest.
- Game Center (optional): Leaderboard and achievement data is managed by Apple's Game Center service.
- Our servers: We do not host your in-app content or game saves. If you email us, your message is stored by our email provider.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We share data only as needed to provide the Apps or support (e.g., Apple for purchases, Apple iCloud for sync, Apple Game Center for leaderboards, email provider for support communication) or to comply with legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
Depending on your region (e.g., EU/EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at ballast_osmosis.0r@icloud.com. We may ask you to verify your request.
Data Retention
We retain support communications and minimal purchase metadata as needed for support, legal, and accounting purposes. App content and game data remains on your devices and iCloud under your control.
International Transfers
If you contact us from outside the United States, your support email and related data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
Third-Party Links
The Apps or this site may link to third-party sites (e.g., Apple's subscription management pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
